Janette Rodger of Wingham, at Wingham & District Hospital on Saturday, February 11, passed away peacefully at the age of 77. Devoted wife of Andy Rodger. Loving mom of Willie & Barbara Rodger and Ellen & Paul Hackett. Cherished grandma of Lucas Rodger & Jaden Sholdice, Lindsay & Doug Campbell, Alyssa & Shane Burke and Dylan Hackett. Janette will be remembered by her sister-in-law Vangie Speers and Ken, as well as by her many nieces and nephews and extended family. Predeceased by her parents William & Bertha Henderson, grandson Alexander Hackett, brothers Jack & Janet, Don, Jim & Audrey and Bill and sisters Iona Jean & Don and Ann & Michael. Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Thursday, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and again on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m., reception will follow at the Wingham Legion. The service will be live-streamed and a link available on the funeral home website.
