Calvin Frook, of Brant Township, passed away at home on Wednesday, February 15. He was 85. Survived by his wife Elsie. Dear father of Sherry Lynn and Keith Bruder, John Frook, Steven Frook, Donna and Steve Yates, Fred Frook, Kelly Ann and Barry Heaney, Carl and Marcia Frook, and Alec Woodward. Dearly loved grandpa of 21, and by his 12 great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by his siblings Bev and Dorothy Frook, Ken and Nancy Frook, Merla Cook, Marilyn Mighton and John Mighton, Marianne Jacklin, and Karen and Don Wilson. He will be remembered by his sisters-in-law Nancy Frook and Shirley Lang, brothers-in-law Victor Bell and Bill Tramer as well as many close friends, nieces, nephews, and their families. Visitation will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Monday, February 20, from 1-3 pm & 6-8 pm. Due to seating capacity limitations, a Private Family Funeral Service and Interment will be held at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Brant Township – the funeral will be recorded and available for viewing on the funeral home obituary page following the service. All are welcome to attend a casual Memorial Come-and-Go on Tuesday, February 21, from 1:30-4:30 pm at the Elmwood Community Centre to celebrate Calvin’s life.
