It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth “Betty” Scott, March 22, 1937 to January 26. Loving wife of 67 years to Lloyd Scott. Mom to Carol and Dave Geddes, Jeff and Linda Scott, Rick and Sharon Scott and Karen and Patrick Caplice. Proud Grandma to 10. Great Grandmother to 13. She is survived by her sister Jean Bender, sisters-in-law Phyllis Fletcher and Audrey and Phil Nyhoff. Predeceased by her parents Lloyd and Winnifred Fletcher and her brother Ray Fletcher. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, January 31, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Alma Community Centre. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 1, at 1 PM at the Alma Community Centre, with 1 hour of visitation to be held prior, from 12-1 PM. Following the Funeral Service, family and friends are invited to remain at the Community Centre for a time of fellowship and refreshments.
