“Jean” Neabel of Gowanstown peacefully passed away with family by her side, on Thursday, January 19, in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Bill Neabel. Mother of Craig & Kim Neabel, Brad & Brenda Neabel, Sandra & Les Post, Barb Neabel & Smiley Thakur, and Terry & Rhonda Neabel. Grandmother of 9. Great-grandmother of 2. Sister of Jeanette Toner, and sister-in-law of Donna Kritzer. Predeceased by her parents Norman & Tillie Walker, brother Bob Walker and Pauline, and sister-in-law and brothers-in-law Howard Toner, Marion Myles, Jack Myles, and Hartley Kritzer. A Celebration of Jean’s life will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Listowel on Thursday, January 26, at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. The service will be live streamed, and the link available on the funeral home website. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
