Gertrude Meyers passed away peacefully in Wingham on Sunday, January 8, in her 103rd year. Gertrude was predeceased by her husband Harold Priebe and her husband Leander Meyers as well as son Harold and his wife Belva, son Paul and son-in-law John Perrott. She is survived by her children Mary Lou Perrot, Terry and Sharon Priebe, Jim and Roberta Priebe, Cheryl and Don Peachey, Donna and Paul Frawley and Verne and Pina Priebe. Cherished grandma of 18. Great grandma of 30 and great-great grandma of 2. She was the last member of the family of Jacob and Mary Ann Huber. Predeceased by brothers and sisters Bill Huber, Catherine Fischer, Antoinette Kuntz, James Huber, and Oscar Huber. A public visitation will be held at Sacred Heart Church Mildmay on Thursday, January 12, from noon to 1:00 p.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow.
