Joan Smith, passed away suddenly but peacefully at her home on December 13, at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Harold Smith whom she married June 4, 1960. Loving mother of Brad and Mary Smith, Scott and Paula Smith and Bonnie and Rob McLaren. Cherished grandmother of 8 and great-grandma of 10. Predeceased by her parents Allen and Elizabeth Monteith. Friends and family will be received on Monday December 19, at Brenneman Funeral Home, Atwood from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday December 20th at Calvary United Church, Listowel at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Elma Centre Cemetery.
