David Bell of Wingham passed away in his 74th year at University Hospital in London, on Friday, December 23. Dave was born April 11, 1949 in London. He was a man of uncanny wit, great intelligence and loyalty. He will be sadly missed by his wife of forty years, Heather McGuire-Bell of Wingham, and his children; Rachel Bell and Matt Higgs, Baillie Bell and Iain Wilkinson, and Matthew Bell. As well as his brother Robert Bell and Kathy and sister Heather DuMaresq and Bob, his brothers and sisters-in-law and his numerous nieces and nephews.
