Avery, Sharon (Age 80)

Sharon Avery, in her 81st year, on December 7th, passed away at Durham Hospital peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. Sharon is predeceased by her husband Donald Avery and former husband, Peter Talbot. Parents Permilla and Meredith Hyett, brothers; Blain, Jerry, Keith, Gary, and James Hyett. Sharon is survived by her brother Lanny and Sally Hyett, and sister Joan and Sheldon McLean. She will be greatly missed by her three daughters, Cyndy Talbot, Lorie Talbot and John Molody, and Marni Talbot. Her granddaughter Annette Lorenz and John Songer and Great-Grandson Aiden Black. Step-Children Scott and Cindy Avery and Lisa Avery and their families. Sharon also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and extended family. She will be dearly missed by her friend of 70 years, Bev and Larry Velix, their daughter Kim and Bruce Marshall and family. Honouring Sharon’s request there will be no services. A celebration of life will be held in the Spring.
