William ‘Bill’ Stevenson Passed away peacefully at Wingham & District Hospital on Saturday, November 26th in his 80th year. Beloved husband to Carol for 52 years. Loving Dad to Steve & Veronica Stevenson, Bryan Stevenson & Tracy Nicholson, Amanda Stevenson & Kim Follick, and Cyndi Stevenson. Grandpa to William & Sarah, Wyatt & Kayla, Aspen, Rylie, Paige, Addison, Savanna, and Huntleigh. Brother-in-law to Eleanor and Sue Stevenson, Wayne Bushell, Mary Ann, and Robert Cobbett, Bonnie and Keith Pletch, Ronnie Fraser, Lois, and Joe Ernest, and Kathy and Ken Bushell. Predeceased by parents John & Pearl Stevenson and by siblings Gordon and Goldie Stevenson, Stuart Stevenson, Ruth and John Rapson, Mary and Glen Nichol, and Murray Stevenson. Missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Specially missed by his furry companion Scrappy. Family and friends will be received at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 218 in Brussels for visitation on December 2nd from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Celebration of Bill’s Life and Sharing of Memories will take place on Saturday, December 3rd at 12 pm with 1-hour visitation prior at Royal Canadian Legion Branch #218 in Brussels.
