Margaret George of Wingham, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, November 11th surrounded by her family, at the age of 83. Devoted mom of Samantha & David Hoffele of Fordwich, Donna George of Wingham and Keith & Emma Downer of England. Loving grandma of Darlene Moffatt, Jake Moffatt and Yuriko, Evan Hoffele, Joshua Fotheringham, Jessica George, Michael Johnston, Rylee George, Tyler Johnston, Kyle George and Eleanor Downer. Dear sister of Janet & George Brown and Robert & Carol Edwards. Margaret will be lovingly remembered by Peter & Cynthia George and Carolyn & Greg Hiusser and their families as well as by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Edward & Edith Edwards and grandson Rhys George in infancy. Visitation will take place at McBurney Funeral Home Friday from 12:00 noon until 1pm. A private funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. The funeral will be live-streamed on the funeral home’s website.
