Weltz, Elizabeth (Age 99, Listowel)

Elizabeth “Betty” Weltz was called home into the Lord’s waiting arms on Sunday, October 16, in her 100th year. Betty is survived and cherished beyond measure by her daughters Joan Weltz, and Joyce and Fred Fitt; her loving granddaughters Catherine and Jerry Corcoran, and Alison and Rob Fitt; and each of her precious great-grandchildren, Jesse and Alyssa, Jereelyn, Adelaide, Charlotte, and Evelyn. Fondly remembered by her brother Ivan Fischer, sister-in-law Madeline Weber, and her many nieces and nephews who all held a dear place within her heart. Betty is predeceased by her husband Harvey, and sisters Florence, Adeline, Viola and Gertie. Visitation will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Community Hall, Neustadt, on Wednesday, October 19th from 10am until time of the funeral service at 11a.m. Interment in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, Normanby Township.
