Glenn Schwartzentruber, passed away into the arms of his Lord and Saviour, unexpectedly but peacefully on Wednesday, October 12, at London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital. Glenn was a son of the late Edmund and Katherine Schwartzentruber. Beloved husband of Joyce Schwartzentruber with whom he just celebrated 60 years of marriage. Loving father of Don Schwartzentruber and Sandy, Sharon and Melvin Martin, Sandra and Phil Roth, Sheila and Wayne Kuepfer and David Schwartzentruber and Rachel. Devoted grandfather of 8. Great-grandfather of 4. Glenn will be missed by granddaughter-in-law Marilyn Martin, siblings, Ferne and Dennis Rabideau, Grant, Mary Mae and Finn Petersen, Nancy, Barbara and Jim Burkhart and John and Judy, brother-in-law Ron Lebold and Doris and by his many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation at Woodlawn Mennonite Fellowship, 6449 Wellington Road 11, Dorking, on Saturday, October 15, from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. The funeral service will take place in the church on Sunday, October 16, at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery, with fellowship time to follow at Countryside Fellowship.
