It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Yvonne Pentland peacefully passed away after a brief illness on October 19th in Brussels. She was 87 years old. Her greeting committee on the other side includes her loving husband and best friend, Ron, her son Jim , her parents Harold and Helen MacPhee, her younger brothers Bruce and Donnie as well as brother and sister in law, Allan and Ruth Farrell and 1rother in law, Jack Pentland. Among the living left to mourn and cherish her life, are daughter-in-law Joanne and Gord Brown and children. Daughter, Kathy and Kirk McMillan and children. Son, Paul and Rosemary and children. Daughter, Laurie and Barry and child. Yvonne’s siblings, Grant and Joan MacPhee; Jerry and Shirley MacPhee; Betty and Bruce MacPhee and Chris and Donnie MacPhee. Yvonne’s in laws, Marjorie and Jack Pentland and all of the nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Saturday, October the 29th at the McCallum and Palla Funeral Home in Goderich from 11am until Service at 12pm. Interment is at the Dungannon Cemetery, with luncheon to follow at the Dungannon Ag Hall. Yvonne’s family kindly asks that masks be worn.
