Eric Robert Ludington, 85, of Listowel, formerly of Monkton, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 14. Beloved husband of Carole for 57 years. Dear father of Kevin and Cindy Ludington, Karen and Butch Baillie, Murray and Dianne Ludington, and Jeff and Nancy Ludington. Proud grandpa of 9. Great grandpa of 1. Dear brother of Ross and Margaret Ludington, Gordon and Barb Ludington, and Doris Harrow. Brother-in-law of Judy Ludington, Cheryl Baillie, and Rose Wurdell. He will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, Mitchell on Tuesday, October 18, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service on Wednesday, October 19, at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow at the Lockhart Reception Centre. Interment in St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery, Brodhagen.
