Owen Curtis of Wingham, at Wingham & District Hospital on Friday, October 7th, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Cathy. Loving dad of Desiree, Jason, and Katie Curtis, Jenn Watts & John, Kiel Watts & Tonya and Chris Watts. Devoted grandpa of fifteen. Loving brother and brother-in-law of David Curtis, Patrick & Mary Curtis, Anne Marie Curtis, Joyce Curtis, Maureen Curtis, Colin Buchannan, Thomas Bailey, Garry & Tanya Bridge, Donna Scoggins and Jackie Bridge & George Kingyens. Predeceased by his parents Edward & Grace Curtis, four brothers, two sisters, one brother-in-law, two sisters-in-law and nephew Scott Hayes. Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Tuesday, from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 p.m. with vigil prayers being held at 1:45 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Wingham at 11:00 a.m. Online condolences at www.mcburneyfuneralhome.com.
