Jacklin, Leslie (Age 88, Wingham)
Leslie Jacklin of Wingham, at Braemar Nursing Home on Thursday, July 14, passed away at the age of 88. Husband of the late Mabel Jacklin. Dad of Liz & Ken Cowan, and Rick & Vicki Jacklin. Grandpa of 6 and great-grandpa of 11. Brother of Leonard & Ully Jacklin, Don Jacklin, and Glen Jacklin and brother-in-law of Isabelle Hislop, MaeThorpe and Edith Quipp. Les will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Richard & Margaret Jacklin, son Reuben Jacklin, parents-in-law Meldrum & Viola Sanburn, one brother, two sisters, seven brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law. A private burial of ashes will take place on Tuesday, September 20th, at the Wingham Cemetery followed by casual visitation at the Wingham Knights of Columbus Centre from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Online condolences available at www.mcburneyfuneralhome.com.
