Marie Ashbury, of RR2 Walkerton, passed away peacefully at SBGHC Durham Hospital on Monday, August 29th in her 95th year. Dearly missed by son Charles Ashbury and Sharon of Mildmay, daughter Kristine and Andrew Corolis of St. Catharines and son Eric Ashbury of Walkerton, 7 grand and several great grandchildren. Predeceased by husband Morris, daughter Nancy Ashbury, brother Jack Karlson and sisters Aileen Blowes and Marjorie Heimpel. A private funeral service will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover on Friday, September 2nd at 11am and will be livestreamed through the Mighton Funeral Home YouTube Channel. Private family interment service in Hanover Cemetery. Donations to the Trinity Lutheran Church, Walkerton or to Walkerton Hospital Foundation appreciated.
