Richard Skinner, 58, of Mitchell passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, August 20. Beloved husband of Lori Skinner. Dear father of Hannah Harris and Dean and Jerett Skinner and Chelsey. Loving grandfather of Clyde and Kayce and looking forward to baby Skinner coming October. Dear brother of Linda Reynolds. Dear brother-in-law of Joyce Skinner, Melissa and Rob Steinbach. Dear son-in-law of Jim Collins and Sherry. Dear uncle of Joel and Kristina, Meghan and Steve, Caleb, Nigel, Damon, Will and Jack. Predeceased by his infant daughter Hillary, parents Ronald and Verlyn Skinner, brother Lowell Skinner and mother-in-law Lynnda Collins. Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, Mitchell on Tuesday, August 23, from 2-4:30 and 6-9 p.m. Those attending the visitation are asked to schedule a time at LockhartFuneralHome.com or by calling the funeral home.
