Laura Dell MacGillivray, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Saturday, July 30th, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Don James MacGillivray who passed away in 1998. Loving mother of Kevin and Kathleen, and Paul and Yvonne. Cherished grandmother of 6 and great-grandmother of 2. Also survived by her brother-in-law Alan MacGillivray. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Lawrence Chapman and Jessie Chapman-Mitchell, her step-father Clifford Mitchell, her daughter-in-law Dianne, her brother Bert and the late Dorothy, her brothers-in-law Angus and the late Eileen, Ken and the late Thelma, and her sister-in-law Corinne MacGillivray. A celebration of Dell’s life will be held at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 3rd at 12 p.m, with visitation prior to the service from 11 – 11:45 a.m. If you wish to attend the service, we encourage you to confirm your attendance by visiting the death notice on the Funeral Home website and click “make a reservation” or call the Funeral Home.
