William ‘Bill’ Lacey of Chepstow, peacefully surrounded by his family, passed away on Thursday, August 4, at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound, at age 71. Beloved husband of Jane and father of Lynn Smith, Scott, and Ashley Lacey and Jeffrey Charters. Proud grandpa of Dylan and Jacob. He will be missed by his siblings Mary Therese and Don Zettler, Joan and Mack Frizzell, Jack and Shirley Lacey, Cathy Anness and Earl Thede, brothers-in-law Joe Zettler, Bob and Marilyn Zettler, sisters-in-law Margaret Zettler, Marian Smith, and Marlene Zettler. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 8, at Mary Immaculate Church, Chepstow. A celebration of life will be held after mass from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Chepstow Lions Hall. Interment in Mary Immaculate Cemetery, Chepstow.
