Glendenning, Jim (Age 69, Harriston)
William ‘Jim’ Glendenning of Harriston passed away at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener, with his children by his side, on Tuesday, August 9, in his 70th year, after a courageous battle with an aggressive illness. Beloved father of Valerie Glendenning & Damon Stapinsky, and John Glendenning, and Tom Glendenning, and adoring grandfather of Sophie and Ryker. Brother of Gary Ritchie & Gail, Joan Stewart & Doug, Betty Phillips & Harry, and Nancy Gilbert & Fred. Predeceased by his parents John & Annie Eva Glendenning. A Celebration of Jim’s life will be held at Whites Road Pentecostal Church, Harriston, on Thursday, August 18, at 2:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior, and reception to follow.
