Gerald Baptist of Durham and formerly of Teeswater, on Sunday, at age 90. Beloved husband of the late Myrtle Baptist. Survived by his family, Ed Matheson and Brenda, Larry Matheson and Karen, and Shirley Matheson and Tom Gunn. Missed by his grandchildren, Derek and Colby Matheson, Cynthia and David Roy, Jennifer and Jim McGillivray, Stacey and Dustin Brown, Andrew and Michelle Matheson, Amelia McCarthy and Derek Vokes, and James and Maureen McCarthy and great-grandchildren, William, Logan, Evelyn, Tatum, Alex, Kentaya, Alice, Clara, Jesse, Kiera, Mackenzie, Della and Charles. Predeceased by his parents and brother Willard. Visitation will be held at the Tiffin Funeral Home, Teeswater on Wednesday, from 1 until 1:45 p.m., followed by the service honouring Gerald’s life at 2 p.m.
