Douglas “Doug” Schnurr of Walkerton passed away on Saturday, July 9, at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton, in his 85th year. Beloved father of Heidi and Wain Arnold and father-in-law to Marcel Neron. Grandpa of 5, and great grandpa of 5. Doug will be missed by his siblings Mary and George Steffler, John and Gayle Schnurr, Sister Harriett SSND, Larry Schnurr, the Seegmiller Family, and many nieces and nephews. Doug is predeceased by his wife Ruth, daughter Shawna Neron, and sister-in-law Joan Schnurr. Friends and relatives are invited for visitation from 5:00 pm. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13, at Cameron’s in Walkerton. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at Sacred Heart Church, Walkerton.
