Joanne O’Neil of Clifford, passed away peacefully at Chapman House in Owen Sound on Thursday, July 7th at the age of 63. Beloved wife of the late Paul O’Neil. Devoted mom to Angela and Matthew, John and Julia, Katie and Kyle, Meghan and Jason, Alex and Taylor and the late Bobby. Loving Grandma to 11 grandchildren, dear sister of Joseph Phelan and Andy Phelan and sister in law of Rick and Liz O’Neil, Todd and Janet O’Neil and Nancy O’Neil. Greatly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by her parents Gerard and Marie Phelan, brother Patrick Phelan, parents in law Robert and Velma O’Neil and brother in law David O’Neil. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Wingham, on Saturday, July 9th at 1:30pm. Interment will take place at Lakelet Cemetery, Howick Township.
