Robert ‘Rob’ Keffer, passed away suddenly on July 3rd, at the family farm outside of Ethel at age 59. Beloved husband to Christine for 37 years. Loving Dad to Ashley & Brad Lesperance, Mike Keffer & Jessica Zaba, Meagan Keffer & Mark Pollock. Proud Papa to 6. Brother to Linda and Tom Stevens, Wanda and Don Long, Dan and Brenda Keffer, Barb and Murray Elliott, Donna and Jack West, Murray and Shelley Keffer. Brother-in-law to Jackie Guikema, Marty and Lee Guikema and Sean and Julie Guikema, Jim Jelfs and Brian Secrett. Survived by in-laws Peter and Deane Guikema. Missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and neighbours. Especially missed by his buddies. Predeceased by his parents Lloyd & Alice Keffer, brother Gary Keffer, sister Dale Jelfs and Lorraine Secrett. Friends and family are invited to a visitation at Riverside Funeral Home in Brussels (please use entrance off of Queensbury St.) on Wednesday July 6 th from 2-4 and 7-9. A family & friends graveside service will take place Thursday morning at 11 am followed by a celebration of Rob’s life at the Four Winds Barn in Brussels from 2-4 with memories starting at 2:30.
