Helen Gascho, formerly of Harriston, passed away peacefully at Strathcona LTC., Mount Forest, on Wednesday, July 27, in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Jack Gascho. Loving mother of Wanda Gascho White and David, Sherri Gascho Welch and Tim, and mother-in-law of Lisa Gascho. Proud grandmother of 8, and great-grandmother of 1. Predeceased by her son Trent Gascho. Helen was the last surviving member of her family being predeceased by her siblings Albert Weber and wife Eileen, Alma Dowling and husband Bill, Bill Weber and wife Lillian, Norman Weber and wife Dorothy, Meinert Weber, Gladys Greenwoood and husband Doug, Marie Mallett and husband Harold, Verna Elliott and husband Lloyd and Ruth McLellan and husband Gordon. A private family funeral service will be held at Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Tuesday, August 2, at 3.00 p.m. The service will be live-streamed and the link available on the funeral home website.
