Douglas Smith passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family. Doug was a wonderful husband, dad, grandpa, brother, and friend to many. He left this world on Tuesday June 21, at age 71. He leaves behind his Beloved wife Donna Lynn Smith, loving father of Bruce and Doris Smith, and Tricia Smith and Stefanie Folkes. Dear Grandfather of 7. Brother of Bob and June Smith, Ruth and the late Vern Egerdee, Marjorie and the late Bill Yost, Leslie and Cathy Smith. Brother in law to Gary Hackbert and Jean and the late Nelson and predeceased by sister in law Florence. Doug also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Doug was also predeceased by his parents Myrtle and Arthur Smith. As per Doug’s wishes cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Falconer Funeral Home, Clinton, on Monday June 27, from 11 a.m. until time of the Funeral Service at 1:30 p.m. A time of fellowship will immediately follow the service at the Clinton Legion.
