Stanley Ditner, formerly of Mildmay, passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Village Seniors Community in Hanover on Wednesday, June 1, at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Eleanor Ditner for almost 60 years. Loving father of Dave and Theresa Ditner and Laurie and Pat Reinhart. Much loved “Papa” of 2. Step grandfather of 1. Cherished “Papa Stan” to 2. Step great grandfather of 2. Brother of Shirley and Seigi Kopp and Cleo and Frank O’Malley. Brother in law of Ruth Ditner, Ross and Linda Walters, Irene and Lorne Kieffer and Shirley and Doug Schwehr. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and their families. A Memorial Visitation will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover today from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Mildmay on Saturday, June 4, at 11 am.
