Poechman, Terry (Age 63, Chesley)

Terry Poechman, of Chesley, passed away at Chesley Hospital on Friday, May 27. He was 63. Terry was born to Allan and his late wife Joan Tanner Poechman. He is mourned by his partner Penny Croft, son Adam and Jen Farquharson Poechman, and daughter Allanna and Kevin Hubley. Terry was a proud Grandpa to Adam’s children Jaden, Ella, and Trey, and Allanna’s children Olivia and Penelope. Terry is survived by his father Allan, sister Patricia Poechman and Steve Albert, brother Daryl Poechman and Patricia Smith, Aunts Ruth Tanner Engel, Betty Tanner Nelson, and Edith Poechman Austin, and Uncle Shane Tanner, as well as numerous cousins, especially Brian Engel, a treasured lifelong friend and co-worker, and cherished friends Jim & Barb Fitzell. Terry is also survived by his children’s mother, Denice Strauss. Public visitation will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Wednesday, June 1, from 1-1:45 pm, followed by a Catholic Prayer Service at 2 pm.
