Phyllis Arkell, passed away Tuesday, February 15, at Parkview Manor, Chesley, at age 99. Beloved mother of Harry and Janet Young, and Les and Lorraine Young, daughters-in-law Heidi, Jacqueline, and son-in-law David Graham. Phyllis will be fondly remembered by her many grand and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by her siblings Dorothy Calford, Anne Gibson, Violet and Bob Swannell, Barbara and Bob Ferguson, Lawrence and Shirley Nicholson, and brother-in-law John Rossiter. Phyllis was predeceased by her first husband Thomas Young and second husband Herbert Arkell; children Jim, Gail, and Rob; great-grandson Jordan; 10 siblings and her parents Esline and Estelle Nicholson.
