Femmigje “Femmy” Van Amersfoort, on Sunday, December 19 th at Braemar Nursing Home in her 97th year. Beloved Mother to Helen Hummel, Herb & Joanne van Amersfoort, Hillie van Amersfoort and Stephanie & Frank Zoer. Proud Opoe to 10 Step Opoe to 2. Great Opoe to 32 great grandchildren. Sister to Harm and Sharon Thalen, sisters-in-law Tinie and Joanne Thalen. Predeceased by her husband Casey, son-in-law Albert Boven, son-in-law Henry Hummel, granddaughter Pauline, sister, brothers, and in-laws. Missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Canada and Holland. Visitation will take place at the Blyth Christian Reformed Church on Wednesday December 22nd at 9:30 am with funeral service to follow at 11 am. If you are feeling ill please do not attend the service. Please wear a mask and social distance. Live streaming of the service can be viewed on the Blyth Christian Reformed Church youtube channel.
