Earl Mountain, of Durham, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Sunday, August 1st, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Gail. Beloved father of Darrell Mountain and wife Sandra, and Brian Mountain and wife Kim. Cherished grandfather of Brandon Mountain and Kristen, Rochelle Mountain and Mike Meier, Kaitlin Mountain and Nick Brill, and Larissa Mountain and Connor Fedy-Williton. Great-grandfather of Brianne. Dear brother of Clarence Mountain. Also remembered by his sister-in-law Betty Fleming. Predeceased by his brother Alexander. Friends may call at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham on Wednesday, August 4th from 7 – 9 p.m. Due to Covid-19 protocols masks are required and social distancing must be respected on Funeral Home property. We encourage you to book a visitation time by either calling the Funeral Home or by visiting the death notice on the Funeral Home website and click “make a reservation” to confirm your attendance. A private funeral service will be held. Friends and extended family are welcome to view the service via livestream on Thursday at 11 a.m. by visiting the home page of McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home website or Facebook page. The live stream will begin at service time and the video will remain posted for viewing afterwards. Cremation to follow with interment at the Durham Cemetery at a later date.
