Marie MacIntyre of Wingham, on Saturday, January 25th, 2020, passed away peacefully in her 80th year. Loving wife of Grant MacIntyre. Devoted mom of Marilyn & Lonnie Whitfield, Bruce & Carol MacIntyre and Doug & Janet MacIntyre. Loving grandma of 9. Special great-grandma of 15. Cherished sister and sister-in-law of Janice Robbins, Wayne & Linda McEwen, Brian & Wendy McEwen, Les & Lynn McEwen, Lorne & Thelma McEwen and Marion MacIntyre. Marie will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by her parents Clarence & Vera McEwen, sister Diane in infancy, parents-in-law Jack & Florence MacIntyre, and brothers-in-law John Robbins & Bill MacIntyre. A Celebration of Marie’s life will be held on her 81st birthday, Saturday, August 21st, at the Wingham Legion Patio from 1:00-4:00 p.m. This event is a come and go event, please dress casual.
