John Brand, of Huronview and formerly R.R. #2 Bayfield and R.R. #3 Clinton, passed away August 7th. Predeceased by the love of his life for over 56 years, Margaret. Dearly missed by his children Marie and Jeff Bedard, Anne and Roland L’Ecuyer, and John Jr. and Anna Brand, 8 grandchildren, and 1 great-granddaughter. Special dad to Sandra Bell and Tina Metske. Brother to Sister Marie Brand, Gilbert and Anne Brand, Paul and Mary Brand, and Corrie Kehoe, brother-in-law to Toni Brand, Marie and Bob Young. Missed by many, many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. A public funeral service will be held at Falconer Funeral Homes – Bluewater Chapel, Goderich on Wednesday, August 11, at 11:00 a.m. Seating is limited, so those wishing to attend must register by calling the funeral home or online by using the RSVP function on John’s tribute page at falconerfuneralhomes.com.
