Robert “Bob” Currie Sr of Paisley passed away in his 73rd year after a long battle with cancer at the Huron Hospice on Friday July 16. Father of Robert “Bob” Currie jr (Cheryl Grant) of Southampton and Robbin Currie of Blyth. Loving Papa to Jessica, Sean and Emily-Jean. Husband to Shirley (McTeer) Currie. Predeceased by his parents Clarence Currie and Gladys MacGregor and GrandParents Duncan and Lavina Currie who raised Bob on the 8th of Bruce. Missed by many friends in Paisley and Predeceased by many friends. Celebration of Life will be held in September at the Royal Canadian Legion in Paisley and a Private Family Interment will be held at the Lovat Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #295 or Huron Hospice Clinton.
