Ardis Smith, of Listowel, formerly of Atwood passed away peacefully at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Saturday at the age of 89. Beloved wife of Larry Smith. Loving mother of Paul and Aline Smith, Carla and Brad Matheson, Leanne and Rob Hamilton. Special grandma of Stacey Bailey, Shawn Smith, Kaley Smith, Cole Smith, Christina Anderson, Aaron McDonald, Jessica McDonald, Christa Vanderlinden, Jenny Beirnes, Jillian Boyd, Justin Hamilton and Josie Hamilton. Remembered as “little grandma” by her 21 great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her sister-in-law Joyce Jacobs and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Maitland and Margaret Fisher and her brother Roger Fisher and his wife Ruth. A private family visitation and service will be held at Brenneman Funeral Home, Atwood.
