Hilda MacDonald, peacefully on Wednesday, May 12, at her residence Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton. Hilda was born 94 years ago in Courtland, Ontario and has been a former resident of the Princeton, Guelph and Milverton area. Hilda will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her children; Brenda and husband Al Vaughan, Allan MacDonald and friend Thelma Will, and Betty and husband Peter Beaman. Cherished grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Hilda is survived by her sister Joyce and husband David Maxim, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Evelyn Gable, Shirley MacDonald, Helen MacDonald and Bill MacDonald. Predeceased in 1990 by her beloved husband George MacDonald ;her parents Royce and Dorothy Burnett. Hilda will be missed by her many nieces and nephews, cherished friends and by all those who knew her. A private family graveside service will take place at the Princeton Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband.
