Joan Hemsworth of Listowel passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Monday, March 1, in her 83rd year. Mother of Jon Hemsworth & Mihaela Danila, and Patrice Hemsworth & Carlos De Leon, and grandmother of Avery Hemsworth. Predeceased by her parents Nat & Dorothy Shane. Joan was an active member of the Listowel Curling Club with many good times with dear friends and teammates Joanne Dahl, Joan Rutherford, Marlene Pruden, and Mary Ellen Conners.
