Thomas Mason Bailey, peacefully at Huronlea Home for the Aged, Brussels, formerly Blyth, on Thursday, March 11th, in his 96th year. Predeceased by wife, Hazel in 2007. Brothers William and James, daughter Mavis, son Cliff, and granddaughter Charlotte. Survived by sister Isla. Proud father of Larry Bailey, Valerie Leibold, Bonnie Linton, Dan and Sandy Bailey, and Thomas and Gail Bailey, also several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. There will be a short graveside service at a later date. Mason was a respected businessman and served on several boards including Clinton Public Hospital and Clinton Community Credit Union. He also served on municipal council including two terms as Reeve in Blyth.
