Gerrit George Reinink, of Auburn in his 58th year on Friday, February 19, at his home with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Lois Reinink and son of Wilma Reinink and son-in-law of Hilda Jackson. Proud father of Gerrit Reinink, Shawn and Myria Reinink, Jordon and Veronica Reinink, Andrew Reinink and Mary Kate Allen. Opa of 4. Beloved brother and brother in law of Shirley Reinink, Joanna and Herman Ramaker, John and Ann Reinink, Esa and Gieny Tiesma, Reah Reinink, Diane and Gilbert Gieb, Doug and Donna Jackson, Sue and Windsor McDonald, Bill and Eliane Jackson and Dave and Kathy Newman. George will be missed by his friends Andy Ives and Robert Kolkman. Predeceased by his father Herm Reinink, father-in-law James Jackson, brother Henk Reinink and brother-in-law Ken Jackson. Public visitation will be held at Falconer Funeral Homes – Bluewater Chapel in Goderich on Tuesday, February 23rd and Wednesday, February 24th from 1:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. where a Private Family Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 25. The family invites those who wish to view the service to visit George’s memorial page on the funeral home’s website on Thursday morning beginning at 11:00 a.m. Please note, according to the current protocols those wishing to attend the visitation must schedule a time by contacting the funeral home.
