Ronald Carter of Belgrave, passed peacefully at Clinton Public
Hospital on Tuesday, in his 71st year. Survived by his loving longtime
partner, Michelle Buurs; children Jennifer Bell and Tony Falconer, Lori Carter and Chris Beach, Richard Carter and JoAnn, Megan Carter, Gabriel Carter and Victor Moses, and Cassandra Carter and Tim Wharton; 10 grandchildren; father Gordon Carter and stepmother Lois Carter; brother Lloyd Carter, sisters Joyce Carter and Annette Ward. Also survived by 5 nephews, 4 aunts and several cousins. Predeceased by his mother Agnes Carter in 1967 and sister Rose Fidom in 2003. Cremation will take place with a celebration of life at a later date. Falconerfuneralhomes.com
