William ‘Bill’ Brown of Listowel passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Sunday, January 31, in his 67th year. Father of Julie & Matt McCall of Brussels, and Alison & Zach Fisher of Fonthill, and grandfather of Sawyer and Davis. Brother of Wayne & Lorna Brown of Wingham, and Sharon & Bob Jones of Orangeville, and brother-in-law of Jim Swan. Fondly remembered by many friends. Predeceased by his sister Gwen Swan, and by his parents Walter & Hilda Brown. Bill touched the hearts of many and he will be truly missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel, on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, visitors must schedule a time to attend on the funeral home website by selecting RSVP on the funeral home website, or by calling. Everyone attending must wear a mask. A private family funeral service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Listowel on Wednesday, February 3, at 11:00 a.m. Due to COVID restrictions, please do not attend.
