Bill Scott, beloved husband of Bertha Scott (Blue), of Huron Kinloss, passed away at the Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Sunday September 13, 2020 at the age of 78. He was born in Kincardine on March 27, 1942 to the late Mary & John W. Scott. Greatly missed by his children Barbara (Blair) Alton of London and Blair (Fiona) Scott of Ripley, and grandchildren Scott (Michelle) and Benjamin Alton and Emily, Hannah and Brent Scott. Also survived by brother Bob (Wendy) Scott of Huron Kinloss and in-laws Jim Blue, Jack (Marilyn) Blue and Lynda Blue and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters-in-law Betty (Jack) Scott and Betty Blue and brother-in-law Donald Blue. A public visitation will be held from MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home, Ripley on Thursday September 17, 2020 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Please RSVP a time on the funeral home website to attend. A private funeral service will be held on Friday September 18, 2020. Interment Ripley Cemetery.
