Patricia Grace Hook (Peart) passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side at the Alexandra Marine and General Hospital on Sunday August 9, 2020 in her 74th year. Loving remembered by her husband and best friend Phil.
Devoted mother to Virginia Hook of Ingersoll and Mark Hook of Goderich. Cherished Grandma of Andrew and Chris Hook, and Nicholas Hildebrand. Remembered by her brothers Dave (Linda) Peart, Murray (Ellen) Peart and sister Bev Zoethout, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Predeceased by her brother in-law Doug Zoethout
Born on February 4, 1946 in Brantford, Ontario to her parents E. Jean and Milton Peart. Patricia was a registered nurse for 40 years of her life, during which time she cared for many people during their time of need. She was a devoted member of the Lakeshore United Church and volunteered as she was able. Patricia had a passion for both gardening, quilting. Her fun loving and caring ways made her the beautiful and compassionate person we all knew and loved.
Special thanks to the Goderich Fire Fighters that assisted mom on July 7, 2020, the amazing staff in the ICU unit of Goderich Hospital; thank you for going above and beyond for our family. A special thank you to Heidi Zoethout for your help and support in getting us through these tough times.
