Hinks, Lottie (Age 100, Mitchell)Lottie Hinks, 100, of Mitchell, passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Listowel on Monday, August 24, 2020.

Beloved wife of the late Roy Chiswell (1945) and the late Roy Hinks (2000). Dear mother of the late Helen Raycraft (2012). Dear mother-in-law of Harold Raycraft (June). Loving grandmother of Jamie Raycraft (Marie), Darlene Shelley (Tony), Julie Raycraft (Dave) and of nine great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. Dear sister of Helen Henry and Georgina Hennick (Bob). She will be missed by her nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her parents Alex and Lillian Broughton, brother Bill Broughton (Florence), sisters Mildred Elder (Tom), Mae Coxon (Alex Buchanan / Maurice Coxon), Pearl Youngblut (Rudy), Marion Hinz (Ivan), Alice Baillie (Bill) and Shirley Hinz (Elmer), and brother-in-law Lorne Henry.

Lottie and Roy liked to travel and play cards. She was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church, Mitchell and a member of of the the Ladies Auxilary of the church.

Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St. Mitchell on Friday, August 28, 2020 from 9:30 – 10: 30 am. A private family service will be held. Memorial donations to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated and may be made at LockhartFuneralHome.com.

All coming to the visitation must have a scheduled time. The Bereavement Authority of Ontario and local Health Unit has mandated that everyone attending must wear a mask. Please arrive five minutes before your intended time slot and enter the funeral home upon your arrival.
