Mary TOWNE (nee Casserly) of Wingham on Friday, June 07, 2019, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Billy Towne. Loving mother of Janice Mueller and Ron and Esma Flint. Dear grandma of Matthew Mueller, Jennifer Mueller, Ryan Flint, Sean Flint and great-grandma of Lenin, Isla, Miller and Emerson Flint. Mother-in-law of Peter Mueller. Special aunt of Jim Casserly, Bernie Casserly and Susan, Casserly and Tina, Mary Jane Irwin and Claude and Eileen Greenough and Louis. Great-aunt of James, Joseph, Nigel, Kevin, Mellissa, Stephanie, Sarah, Jessica and Mallory. Mary will be lovingly remembered by Trish Casserly and her dear friends Trisha, Elisha and Sammy Schwehr.
Predeceased by her parents Michael and Mary (Doyle) Casserly and brothers Jack Casserly and Bernard Casserly and his wife Helen and great-niece Rebecca “Lucy” Casserly.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Wingham Legion on Saturday from 1 until 4 PM with words of remembrance at 2 PM. Arrangements entrusted to McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
