Gary Denton KERR, of Hanover, passed away peacefully, June 15, 2019 at the age of 73 at Hanover Hospital. He was a long time employee of Beaver Lumber and Home Hardware in Hanover. Gary is survived by his siblings Verna Whaling, Don Kerr, Larry Peter Kerr (Marg), Karen Waechter, all of Hanover and Elaine Kerr of Holland Centre, his sister-in-law Marg Kerr of Hanover and special brother to Karen Kociuk (friend) of Holland Centre. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Howard and Susie Kerr, brother Murray, sister-in-law Shirley Kerr, brothers-in-law Louis Whaling and Joseph Waechter and nephew Dale Whaling. Gary will be greatly missed by his faithful companion and friend –his dog Max, whom Gary loved and cherished for 5 years. Memorial service will be held at Grace United Church, 310 12th Street, Hanover on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 1 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Reception to follow. Gary will be interred with his parents at the Hanover Cemetery.
