Lyle Wesley JANZEN of Palmerston and formerly of Harriston on Monday, June 3, 2019, in his 66th year. Husband of Heather (Gowing) Janzen. Father of Benjamin ‘B.J.’ Janzen, and Christopher Janzen, both of Palmerston, and Deanna Janzen and Jonathan Thiessen of Elora, and grandfather of Emmalynne. Brother of Ruth and Ernie Schwantz of Marathon, Lillian Pigden of Niagara Falls, and Harold and Debbie Janzen of Markdale, and brother-in-law of Reginald Gowing and Jamie Johnson of Mount Forest, Richard and Charlotte Gowing of Mildmay, and Patricia MacKay of Fordwich. Loved by his aunt Wilma Dell of Niagara Falls, and by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Floyd and Isabelle Janzen, stepmother Esther Janzen, sister Margaret Pollard, and brothers Keith Janzen, and Robert Janzen and his wife Donna, and brother-in-law Rick Pigden.
Visitation will be held at Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, on Thursday from 5 until 8 PM. The funeral service will be held at Whites Road Pentecostal Church, Harriston, on Friday, June 7th at 11 AM, with visitation one hour prior. Pastor Kevin McKee officiating. Interment in Harriston Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston.
