Isabelle CHAMNEY (nee Hamilton) of Listowel, on Wednesday in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Chamney. Dear mother of Janice and Marc Tremblay of Oakville, Paul and Tammy Chamney of Haliburton, and Mark and Kathie Chamney of Listowel, and mother-in-law of Maria Chamney of Listowel. Grandmother of Jessica and Beny Matrundola, and Katelyn Friedmann and fiancé Lucas Elke, all of Toronto, Natasha and Korey Goetz of Trowbridge, Brittany and Kevin Stubbard of Listowel, Dustin and Rachel Chamney of Hanover, David Thomas of Kitchener, Danielle Thomas of Kitchener, Brad Thomas of Toronto, Ryerson Chamney of Haliburton, Ashley Lahey of Listowel, Ryan Lahey and fiancée Carly McCullough of Kitchener, and Madison and fiancé Morgan Dickson of Listowel. Great-grandmother of Bellamy, Cooper, Jake, Kamryn, Londyn, Ty, Spencer, Addisyn, Olivia, Rylee, Willow, Stevie, and Emersyn. Sister of Jean Pettit, Allen Hamilton and Grace Bender, Harold and Karen Hamilton, Marion and Keith Bristowe, and Larry and Eileen Hamilton, all of Listowel, and sister-in-law of Marilyn Hamilton and Marsha Hamilton, both of Listowel, and Doreen Hamilton of Walkerton. Predeceased by her son Steven Chamney, sister Marjory Bradley, and brothers Orland, Howard, and Ivan.
A funeral service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Listowel on Monday, May 27, 2019, at 11 AM with a reception to follow. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel. Arrangements entrusted to Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
