Don MORTIMER, formerly of Listowel, on Friday, at the age of 88. Husband of the late Mary. Father of Wendy Mortimer and Brent Sleep, John and Karen Mortimer, Lori Mortimer and Ivan Smith, and Kathy Mortimer and Patrick Kraemer. Grandpa to Sylvia and Amanda, Spencer and Alanna, Rhys, Kira, Janet and Peter, Mary Caroline, Jesse and Kimi, Kelsey and Jesse James, Alex, Dayle, Oscar and Louise. Great-grandfather of Wesley, Oliver, Katie, Lexi, Harper, Micheal and Steven. Brother of Ross and Annette Mortimer and brother-in-law of Kris Provias, Bertie Bechtel and Millie Lipnicki. Predeceased by his parents and 2 sisters.
Cremation has taken place. Donald’s family will receive relatives and friends from 2 until 2:45 PM on Saturday, October 13th at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, followed by a Celebration of Life in the chapel at 3 PM. Arrangements entrusted to Henry Walser Funeral Home, Kitchener.
